It is no secret that we live in a toxic world, and so much of that toxic load comes from what we eat. The first thing you eat in the morning, really sets the tone for the rest of the day and in our opinion, a smoothie is the perfect blend of nutrition and simplicity.

So today, we would like to share with you a special green smoothie recipe that you can replace your morning weetbix with.

It’s filling, quick, healthy and it taste great!

To start, you will need a few basic tools.

  1. A high strength blender
  2. A knife
  3. A smile

Now that we have all our tools prepared, we can start blending the ingredients.


Serves 2

  • 1/2 lemon (skin removed)
  • 1 x banana (frozen)
  • 1 x kiwi fruit (skin removed)
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1 x green apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Handful of mint
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • ICE


  1. Place all ingredients in a strong blender
  2. Whiz up until smooth (add more water if too thick)
  3. Drink up
