We are at the gym most weekday mornings working on our fitness.

So we are sharing the exact warm up we do using nothing more than a broom stick or ‘doul’.

These warm up exercises get our bodies primed and ready for our workouts.

AND YES there is a reason you need to do an adequate warmup before you partake in your workout. Moving your body gently through its range of motion will help prime your muscles and lubricate your joints. Not only will this this prevent injury, but it will help you lift heavier, have more control and increase your flexibility.
